What’s the function of the PCB prototype?

After receiving the customer’s demand order, we will customize the PCB according to the customer’s requirements, which includes many different component installations. Each fixed product is different, which also makes it impossible for us to ensure the normal and continuous operation (including the generated heat, etc.) of different components after installation. Therefore, we will produce a PCB prototype in advance for testing. According to the test results, inform the customer whether the production can meet the demand.
