EC Motor Product Description:
EC motors are DC brushless motors that are controlled by external electronic circuit board. This provides greater control and higher efficiency.
As for the model HFC—F380P150S100 integrated in the BLDC/PMSM motor body, used in permanent magnet synchronous motor design scheme, widely used in fan application. It is suitable for the high voltage fluctuation range of 380VAC~440VAC+-15%.
EC is a DC brushless maintenance-free motor with built-in intelligent control module. Compared with the traditional DC brushless motor, EC motor has the characteristics of high intelligence, high energy saving, high efficiency, long life, low vibration, low noise and continuous uninterrupted work.
EC motor adopts built-in intelligent control module, with RS485 output interface, 0-10V sensor output interface, 4-20mA speed control switch output interface, alarm device output interface and master/slave signal output interface. This design not only simplifies the structure, but also enhances the mechanical reliability of the motor, so that the life is increased.
In addition, due to the high performance of permanent magnet materials, EC motors have higher torque constants, torque inertia ratio and power density indicators. At the same time, the parameters of moment of inertia, electrical and mechanical time constant are also reduced under reasonable design. Therefore, the design of modern permanent magnet magnetic circuit has been perfected, and the permanent magnet material has high coercivity, which makes the permanent magnet motor have excellent anti-armature reaction and anti-demagnetization ability.
