Product Description:
As for the model HFC—AGV, uesd for motor series applied to AGV cars. Servo system (automatic control system with mechanical parameters as control object) is standard in the whole system. And we use advanced PID algorithm and space vector control. It has the advantages of quick response, good follow-up, high precision, high production efficiency, and perfect hardware protection and software alarm, which can easily judge faults and avoid dangerous risks. The product has stable quality, good heat dissipation performance and low repair rate.
The Controller is equipped with incremental 2500ppr encoder, which provides command sequence input (cont1 ~ 3), command sequence output (out1 ~ 3), position control, speed control and torque control. In addition, it has monitoring functions (feedback speed, average torque, feedback current position, etc.) and protection functions (over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage and under-current, overheating, etc.). Used indoors, without contact with dust, corrosive gas and direct sunlight, the ambient temperature is-10 ~ 55℃.
