48V 250A DC Motor Controller — Marine Motor Controller

As for the model HFC—M48C25, used in permanent magnet synchronous motor design scheme, widely used in boat motor/Marine project. It is suitable for the low voltage fluctuation range of 40VDC~60VDC. The FOC position-less driving mode is adopted for driving, which is competent for high-intensity S1 working system, and the noise generated during stable operation is very small, and the fluctuation range of rotating speed is about 1%. Have strong long-term stable operation ability.

The Marine motor controller system supports RS485/CAN communication, and the controller needs to be able to receive the speed of the main control board, emergency stop and other instructions to control the motor movement, and can transmit some of its own status such as fault, protection code to the main control board to display the current status. After receiving the effective speed instruction, the boat motor controller needs the soft start function, that is, the speed curve planning of acceleration and deceleration. Soft start function, acceleration and deceleration time according to the comfort level of the human body to set. In the deceleration stage, the acceleration should not be greater than the maximum backcharge voltage and maximum backcharge current of the battery.

The Marine motor controller supports instantaneous overload function. Soft start function In the acceleration phase, the motor can be instantaneous over torque. During the over-torque phase, the maximum bus current or input power cannot exceed the battery parameters.

The Marine motor controller supports input power limit control. The soft start function is required to be in the uniform speed stage. It has many safety features, such as overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection.
