Introduction

The HPC-SP series deep well pump motor controller is a high-efficiency control device designed for submersible and borehole pumps. It aims to provide excellent power control and energy management performance, and is widely used in water conservancy, agricultural irrigation, animal husbandry, household water, industrial water and other fields.

This controller can accurately adjust the operating state of the deep well pump motor to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the motor while effectively reducing energy consumption.

The borehole pump motor controller uses advanced frequency conversion technology to achieve precise control of the motor, and can adjust the motor speed so that the pump maintains the best operating efficiency under different working conditions. The controller supports multiple control methods to meet the needs of different users and scenarios.

It has a wide voltage input function and various protection functions to enable the pump to operate under safe conditions, avoid failures and shutdowns, and extend the service life of the pump.

Solar power option

EH port available on the controller, for DC power input. By connecting with our E-Hybrid energy router and solar panels, the borehole pump can run under AC DC hybrid power, and AC DC auto-balancing.

  • Solar power always has the priority to drive the pump;
  • When the solar power is higher than the loading power of the pump, solar power drives the pump directly;
  • When solar power is lower than the loading power of the pump, solar power and grid power will work in a hybrid mode, auto-balancing;
  • When there is no grid power, only solar power drives the pump, pump speed adjusted according to the real-time solar power.

The E-Hybrid energy router is also used to convert the common borehole pumps into solar pumps.
